Graduate with a Dream Job

At Hopebridge, we’re dedicated to nurturing talent within our own centers. Many students discover their passion for ABA while working here, and we’re thrilled when they choose to grow their careers with us. We love witnessing their enthusiasm as they study and work alongside our team, and we’re equally excited to support their journeys with opportunities for long-term growth.

For ABA graduate-level students, we offer roles through our Fellowship Program, which complements their coursework with a robust curriculum designed to provide valuable supervision hours, mentorship and guidance. Our fellows also gain access to journal clubs, study groups and hands-on experiences that deepen their understanding and skills.

Check out our Fieldwork RBT and Fieldwork Trainee roles to learn more about the paths we offer to get on-the-job, paid supervision and advance your career at Hopebridge.

Insight Into the World of Autism

Many schools, hospitals and clinics offer pediatric outpatient experience, but Hopebridge’s focus on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) provides students a new perspective for many of our students. The program is centered around early intensive behavioral interventions (EIBI), giving our interns the chance to work closely with the behavior side of treatment. With full-time access to many children within our sensory-rich center environments, most of our speech-language pathology and occupational therapy students quickly realize this is a patient population they want to serve for the long haul. Plus, while children with autism are the base of our community, our outpatient therapies still see children with a mix of diagnoses, enabling our students and employees to keep those skills present, too.

If you don’t feel like you have all the autism answers yet, you’re not alone. Autism is a spectrum and we are here to support your learning. In the meantime, find out more about ASD here:
