Dr. Cardon is the Department Chair of the MS Speech-Language Pathology program on the Dallas campus. She is a dually certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) with extensive training in communication disorders, early intervention, autism, interprofessional practice, and applied behavior analysis. Dr. Cardon’s clinical experience has focused on supporting skill development in young children with varying disabilities through parent training and coaching; assessment and diagnostics; training and supervision of clinicians in both behavior analysis and speech-language pathology; and a telehealth consultation model for Grand Rounds.
