Enhancing Supervisory Skills: A Supervision Panel for BCBAs

In this CE event, participants will learn about the key components of effective supervision for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) from three highly experienced supervisors. Panelists will provide strategies for promoting a positive supervisory relationship, using tools and resources to support the supervisory experience, and addressing challenging supervision situations. This workshop is designed for current BCBAs who supervise ABA students or RBTs or are interested in becoming supervisors. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of how to provide high-quality supervision that supports the growth and success of their supervisees.
