5 Critical Skills to Build Your Successful Supervision Toolkit w/ COABA

This workshop will support practitioners in developing their own personal toolkits for successful supervisory practices in the field of applied behavior analysis. The presenters will address five critical skill areas with opportunities for discussion and structured reflection embedded throughout the workshop. Topics covered will include reflective supervision, self care and wellness, navigating the supervisory relationship, organization and time management, and ethics in supervision.
