As we enter the new year, our Hopebridge mission remains stronger than ever: to help children with autism lead their best lives. To continue on this journey to provide access to care for even more families, we need to build onto our strong team of experts, which is why we plan to add more than 2,700 Hopebridge heroes this year!
These new hires will help us meet the growing need for diagnostic services and applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy) across six states where we plan to expand with up to 20 additional centers over the next 12 months. The growth allows us to make our interdisciplinary autism therapy, Hopebridge 360Care, more accessible to families and children in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio. Broadening our reach in Colorado alone already put us on track to create more than 325 new jobs in the state.
“Our mission remains to provide support and essential therapy services to as many children with autism spectrum disorder as possible,” said Hopebridge CEO Dennis May. “In order to provide the absolute best care to these children and their families, we are continuously seeking top talent in behavioral health. Each hire ensures that every child at Hopebridge receives the one-on-one therapy they deserve.”
As a bonus to providing much-needed care for these children, these new centers and positions will help create more jobs in the areas we serve. We are searching within the pool of talent for Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists and other industry professionals.
These incredible new employment opportunities are in addition to the jobs created at Hopebridge last year. Despite the pandemic, our dedicated team continued to provide essential care to the autism community and hired more than 2,500 employees in 2020.
What can job candidates expect once they choose to grow their careers with Hopebridge? All new BCBAs embark on a four-week journey through an exclusive BCBA onboarding program, which covers everything beyond their ABA coursework that a BCBA would need to know when starting a job within our centers. The onboarding process includes mentorship, dedicated time for job shadowing and facetime with company leadership. In addition, Hopebridge offers continuing education stipends for BCBAs.
We aim to provide our employees with the tools they need to deepen their knowledge in ABA by providing opportunities to meet their university and certification requirements, development programs, behavior analysis fellowship programs and continued education. While our centers and special programs provide intimate work environments that lead to close-knit connections, the experience and size of our greater autism therapy network also allows us to offer full-time employment that includes competitive health insurance, 401K options, vacation and holiday benefits.
“Hopebridge provides a unique opportunity for both experienced behavioral health professionals and students hoping to advance their careers in the industry,” said Hopebridge Vice President of Human Resources Leigh Crick. “We ensure that our employees are given the resources to thrive in our center-based model’s collaborative culture, surrounded by other experts working across disciplines to enhance treatment for kids, as well as broaden their own skillsets.”
Are you passionate about helping children lead more fulfilling lives? Does this sound like a company culture that is a good match for you? We urge you to check out the open roles at Hopebridge Autism Therapy centers across the country.
