In an effort to bring the highest possible quality of care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) around the United States, Hopebridge has always made continuing education and training a priority. This is evidenced by Hopebridge’s recent designation as an official Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
As an ACE provider, Hopebridge will offer our team behavior-analytic learning opportunities and continuing education (CE) events in order to deepen their knowledge and stay up to date in the industry’s latest developments. From best practices and methodology, to science and theory, Hopebridge leaders will use their extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy) to extend a wide array of essential subjects and scenarios to earn the credits they need to maintain their certifications.
“Expanding our clinician’s knowledge and advancing the field of applied behavior analysis not only helps our Hopebridge team members and children; it benefits the greater autism community,” said Hopebridge Director of ABA and ACE Coordinator Melissa Chevalier. “This designation as an ACE Provider allows us to tap into Hopebridge’s values of collaboration across disciplines and enables our in-house experts to share the impact of the Hopebridge 360 Care approach* with industry professionals across the nation.”
Beyond serving our own team and children, this designation also allows Hopebridge to provide BCBAs and BCaBAs outside of our community with these same valuable strategies and expertise in order to obtain their required CE units. This gives us the chance to touch more lives around the nation, in addition to the families we serve locally.
Live, in-person events are on hold at the moment due to the pandemic, but stay tuned for details on virtual events planned for later this year. If you are interested in learning more about Hopebridge’s upcoming continuing education opportunities, contact us for information on presentations, workshops, webinars and more CE events hosted by our team.
