In every organization, there are hidden heroes working behind the scenes to help make the magic happen. At Hopebridge, many of these heroes work remotely and travel to our centers to learn more about their needs. These teams work tirelessly to support our clinics across the country.
The Talent Acquisition Team plays a special role by searching for and recruiting top-notch professionals to join the Hopebridge family. The team blends so many different backgrounds and personalities, which members use to their advantage when searching for candidates. The recruiting team makes the Hopebridge world go around by sharing positive messages to the world of applied behavior analysis (ABA) while attracting premier talent.
We interviewed Caitlin Morris, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Will Osment, Talent Acquisition Lead, to learn more about their vital roles in the Hopebridge community.
The diverse backgrounds of this team offer a fresh perspective that is priceless in a recruiting role. Caitlin comes from a recruiting background of about eight years before joining the Hopebridge team a little over a year ago. In contrast, Will worked as a senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing ABA therapy to children in the clinics. He then made the switch to the talent acquisition team about six months ago, but still loves to stay active with the kids in the centers.
Both Will and Caitlin take great pride in finding the best of the best to join the Hopebridge team. Will describes his role as “the starting place for great talent!” Similarly, Caitlin shares that she finds “exceptional people to work with our kiddos, while creating an inclusive and kind world.”
Caitlin stresses that her favorite part of her job is her team. She says, “there is something so magical about them; their work is inspiring.” Caitlin says that her team continually finds fantastic people to work for Hopebridge while educating each candidate about the phenomenal work that our ABA therapists do. She is inspired by her team’s pride and commitment to serving the autism community.
Will enjoys the diversity that his job offers. He says, “I absolutely love chatting with people who don’t look, sound, think, believe, and experience things like I do.” He appreciates the opportunities to work with people from across the nation and dream with them about where a career at Hopebridge could take them.
Will misses working first-hand with the kids that attend Hopebridge. He shares that his motivation comes from knowing that these children are working so hard and learning so much. Will is thankful to work with a team of “amazing center managers and clinical staff who allow us to come in and interact with our clients and staff to fill our cups.”
Caitlin struggles with juggling her growing workload while ensuring that everyone she interacts with has the best experience. Her team and responsibilities are always growing, and it is important to her that everyone feels supported and cared for. Despite the stress that can come with the day-to-day in her job, she is reminded of the true spirit of her job, which she says is “providing support and quality service to our kiddos.”
Will and Caitlin both agree that helping people find their passion in life is their ultimate inspiration. Caitlin says that when she finds the perfect candidate and she can offer them the perfect role, “it all aligns and makes this beautiful ripple effect that touches the lives of everyone involved.” On the same note, Will says that nothing makes him happier than when he finds a candidate that is dedicated to making the world a better place, and being a kind human.
Will resonates with this encouraging GIF about collaborative success. He says “I believe in the power of community. I can do great things alone, but I can do extraordinary things with a team.”

Caitlin loves any GIF that includes jumping up and down or a happy dance. She says that she loves celebrating people and sometimes that means doing a goofy dance or jumping up and down out of excitement. She takes pride in watching her team accomplish their goals and do things that they previously thought were impossible.

Through all of the hard work and challenges that the Hopebridge talent acquisition team experiences, there are just as many chances to celebrate the wins. This team takes pride in recruiting top talent from around the nation to join the Hopebridge team and continue providing quality care to the autism community. This is what motivates Caitlin and Will to continue pursuing their passions on the recruiting team.
