How does it sound to sit in the front row of some of the most pivotal moments in a person’s life? To receive the highest level of training and work alongside other experts in their fields for a unified mission? To become someone’s superhero?
Hopebridge Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) get the chance to do just that.
As a Hopebridge BCBA, you’ll benefit from our 360 Care model, clinical support team, and state-of-the-art facilities in multiple states.
You’ll work with experts working across disciplines to enhance treatment for kids as well as build your own skillset.
Through individualized care plans, our BCBAs work with families to help them live their best life!
Gain access to industry experts, Grand Rounds, hands-on support, continued education, career development programs, and have the freedom to choose your own evidence-based assessments.
Hopebridge’s interdisciplinary, 360 Care approach makes it the best environment for growth, not only for our children but for our professionals, too. You’ll get the opportunity to work alongside the best and brightest, collaborating with top minds in behavioral health. By housing all resources within one building and everyone working towards the same goals, it’s a never-ending education where success is amplified.
At Hopebridge, we’re never searching for a “cure” for autism. We don’t want to remove the pieces that help make a person who they are, but rather provide them with the tools and strategies they need to thrive through personalized programs that focus on individual needs. Through therapies like applied behavior analysis (ABA), occupational therapy and speech therapy, we aim to help children with autism reach their greatest potential.
We’re looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team. Come stand alongside our BCBAs to simultaneously teach and continue learning for kids with autism.
What can job candidates expect once they choose to grow their careers with Hopebridge? All new BCBAs embark on a four-week journey through an exclusive BCBA onboarding program, which covers everything beyond their ABA coursework that a BCBA would need to know when starting a job within our centers. The onboarding process includes mentorship, dedicated time for job shadowing and facetime with company leadership. In addition, Hopebridge offers continuing education stipends for BCBAs.
Does this sound like a company culture that is a good match for you? Are you passionate about helping children lead more fulfilling lives? We urge you to check out the open roles at Hopebridge Autism Therapy centers across the country.
